I DO NOT WORK WITH THE TRADITIONAL MENUS. Those never last long. Instead I teach my clients flexible diet that allows the client eat full and healthy meals including their favorite foods in the daily diet.

ONE TRAINING ROUTINE (approx. 1h)
Explanation of the chosen methods and how they relate to your goals.
Health (and prevention of injuries) is at the first place. I’m teaching you how to work well and efficiently before work and exercise.
- LEARNING EACH EXERCISE AND ITS APPLICATION
The most important part of the training. The goal is to teach the client the technical training for the most effective results.
When I challenge clients, I take them into deeper waters where we create the ideal environment and the mood to overcome ourselves.
In the later part of the training I teach how to stretch the load properly and relax the body-mind.
- SHORT INTERVIEW AND FEEDBACK
At the end you tell you me how you feel about the training and the chosen methods. We also discuss what can we improve next time.
