On our lessons, we will devote ourselves to the physical area of yoga that represents the asanas – we will release and move the whole body, which will also be appreciated by the mind of each participant. The clock is built so that everyone can handle it and feel the effects during the first hour. Long-term beneficial effects on back pain, improved flexibility, improved posture, and many others will certainly come after regular attendance at classes.
