ABT training® is aimed exclusively at the abdomen, bottom and thighs. The training includes energy-intensive and life-long exercises that shape and strengthen these three troubled female parts. Changing the intensity of the workout (resting the legs, exercising the abdomen) makes this training highly efficient. Although we believe that the ABT training® is among more difficult classes, the trainer can always adapt the training for the beginners. The goal of the training is to shape beautiful female curves.
